- اولا مافيش حاجه اسمها early admission .. ده سرقه ونصب .. كده كده مابينفعش يقبلوا ورق ولا يحجزوا مكان الا بعد نتيجه الثانويه العامه .. ده مش اكتر من ان الطالب بيعمل الامتحان وانتي تسألي علي كل المعلومات والدنيا فاضيه ومافيش ناس كتير.. كده كده مافيش مكان بيتحجز والكلام اللطيف ده .. يعني لو نجح الطالب فالامتحان ودفعتي المصاريف وجه حد مجموعه اكبر من مجموع ابنك بدرجتين هياخدوه مكانه ومالكيش حق تعترضي بس بتسحبي فلوس الجامعه كامله بدون فلوس الامتحان .. وده كلام من بوء اللي قابلتهم انهارده في ٣ جامعات .

معاملة المدارس للموظفين

مهنه التدريس مهنه مش سهله و لا يستهان بها و انا ضد اي مدرس مستهتر مش بيحضر و بيغيب كتير و بيحمل علي باقي المدرسين و ضد كل مدرس بيقرر انه ينقل من مدرسه لمدرسه ف نص او في اي وقت فالسنه الدراسيه والعقد شريعه المتعاقدين بس برده انا ضد التعسف واكل الحقوق. ضد اني احرم المدرس من حقه فاجازه الصيف و ضد اني اثقله بحصص احتياطي و شغل زياده غير متفق عليه. ضد الظلم ف الرفد التعسفي و عدم تقدير المرض. ضد التخويين و ضد اقتطاع المرتب فالاجازات الصيفيه.

اغلب المدارس اللي فيها ظلم بين هي اكتر المدارس اللي فيها نسبه turn over للموظفين عاليه جدا". مفروض مهنه التدريس انسب مهنه لاي ست و مع ذلك اغلب المدارس لا تراعي اجازه الوضع و تطالب الام انها ترجع بعد ٤٠ يوم او ترفدها اساسا اول ماتعرف ان هيا حامل.

انا مع الجزاءات ومع الشرط الجزاءي اذا تم ترك العمل في نص الدراسه و مع الفصل في حاله ثبوت عدم كفاءه المدرس و الخصم عند التاخير و التقصير و الغياب. انما المدارس دلوقتي اغلبها تجاري و يتفقوا علي مرتب مش علشان المدرس يستمتع بيه لا عشان يقتطعوا منه و يزلوا المدرس و مبدا الاداره القويه والعادله للاسف مش موجود كله ماشي بالحب.

البوست ده متجمع فيه اراء اكتر من ٥٠٠ مدرس و مدرسه ودي تعتبر شبه خلاصه تعاملاتهم

٣٥) مدرسه الاندلس:تضاربت عليهاالاقوال جالي من اكتر من ١٠ مدرسين ان في سوء استغلال و ان في تفرقه فالمعامله و اداريا الدنيا مش متظبطه و بعد ماكتبت الكلام. اتهاجمت انا شخصيا من مدرستين شغالين فالمدرسه باني معيش دليل واني برمي الناس بالباطل و دخل اتنين من الاداره كلموني وكانوا محترمين . فتلخيصا" للمدرسه اللي قاعد بيشكر و اللي مشي بيشتم . بس الاجماع على ان  مفيش عقد واجازه الوضع ١٥ يوم فقط.

١)مدرسه جنادان: بتكتب وصل امانه مع العقد عشان تضمن ان المدرس هيكمل السنه وحتي لو كمل مش بيرجعوله الوصل المدرس الي بيجي بعد بداية السنة الدراسية بشهرين كده و كمل السنة كلها مع المدرسة ملوش مرتب في اجارة الصيف ولا ليه تامينات، الامهات اللي بيجيبوا ولادهم في حضانة المدرسة بيدفعوا 350 و الخدمات و الصحة العامة معدومة،لما بيكون في ضغطة شغل و ينزلونا اجباري يوم السبت بدل ميبقي bonus للي جيه بيكون خصم 3 ايام للي مش بيجي، حتي لو قالوا علي نزول السبت ده فجأة قبلها بيومين....مفيش مراعاة بقي لو حد عنده ارتباطات مهمة مع اسرته. المشاكل الادارية كتيرة جدا و ده السبب اكتر في الturnover العالي جدا

٢) جرين هايتس الدوليه: مفيش صوره من العقد، مفيش اجازه وضع، و اجازه الصيف بيقطعوا الربع منها و يتاخد ف شهر ١١عشان يضمن انك راجعه، ولو بلغتي انك هتمشي و مش هتكملي السنه اللي بعدها مفيش اجازه صيف " 

٣) مدرسه بايونيير و البارون: ربع المرتب هوا اجازه الصيف ولو حصل اي حاجه وحبيتي تمشي بيقولوا رجعي المرتب الي اخديه والا مش حيدوكي اوراقك

٤) نفرتاري اجازة الوضع شهر فقط بنصف الراتب.فالعقد في بند من حق المدرسة ترفدك بدون سابق إنذار ولا أسباب. وان لو سبتيهم فجأة تدفعيلهم راتب شهرين.

٥) مدرسه جلوبال براديم اذا قدمت استقالتك و كان ليك مرتب شهر مش هيدوهولك و ماتصدقش لو قالولك امضي انك مالكش مستحقات ماديه و هنديلك باقي فلوسك بعد شهر.

واذا قالولك هنغيرلك المسمى الوظيفي و تعمل حاجه غير اللي انت جاي عليه و معجبتهمش فالحاجه الجديده مش هيرجعوك شغلك الاولاني.

٦) مدرسه اخناتون: الصيف بيبقى نصف مرتب بس واذا بقيتي حامل هيمشوكي عشان مابيدوش اجازه وضع

٧) مدرسه الصفوة المصريه للغات بالمقطم اول شهر بيقطعوا الاجازات الرسمية والخميس والجمعة من المرتب وبيمضوا ع وصل امانه.

٨) مصر كيمبريدج المتكاملة و مدارس نرمين اسماعيل  و مودرن سكول سيد جلال بيضربوا على باقى المرتب والمكافأت فى حالة الاستقالة.

٩) مدرسه ليدرز الدوليه التجمع مابتديش صوره من العقد.

١٠)مدرسه مدينتي للغات مش بيدوا صوره من العقد وغير مسموح بطلب مفردات مرتب وبيمشوا الناس تعسفي

١١)مدرسة سما الدوليه  مش بيدوا صورة من العقد و اجازة نصف المرتب .....وفي حالة الاستقاله مش بيدوا شهور الصيف بس بيدوا المكافأة

١٢) مدرسة جرين فالى: مفيش اجازه وضع و لو بلغتيهم انك ماشيه مفيش مرتب الصيف.

١٣) مدرسه ACIC: اول قبض بتاخد نصه عشان متمشيش فجاءه و بتقبض فى الصيف ٤٠ ٪ من المرتب لو هتكملى معاهم و عشان تاخدى نص الشهر الاولانى تبلغي انك ماشيه قبليها بشهرين و لما واحده صحبتى بلغت انها هنمشى قبلها بشهرين مدوهاش لا مرتب الصيف ولا النص شهر اللى اخدوا بالعافيه فى الاول ولا مليم.

١٤)ممفيس انترناشيونال/ناشونال  طريق مصر اسماعيليه...(اسؤ معامله -نصب علي الموظفين -مفيش تأمينات -مفيش اجازات صيف مدفوعه الا لأفراد محددين و قليلين جدا.

١٥) مدرسة إيجيبت الخاصة: المرتب 700 جنيه مفيش تأمينات .مفيش عقد. بيمشوا تعسفي .مفيش زيادة مرتب حصلت السنة دي

مفيش مرتب لشهور الصيف مكافأه الامتحانات بنمضي ع 3000

وبنقبض 300 جنيه ويوم غياب بيوم ومن تاني يوم خصم 3 ايام

١٦) مدرسة الأفاق بالتجمع مابتديش اصل العقد و بتخصم منك.اول شهر نص المرتب و تاني شهر نص المرتب و بيخلوه عندهم مابيرجعهوش عشان لو فكرتي تسيبيهوم يبقي معاهم مرتب كامل.

بيدوا ربع المرتب في تلات شعور الصيف.

١٧) تاجان اختلفت عليها الاراء ناس قالت حقوقك بتاخديها كامله و ناس قالت لا. بس الاجماع على انهم بياخروا التامينات لحد مايطمنوا للمدرس و نسبه خصم الاولاد ٧٪‏

١٨) مدرسه ثمار فغرب سوميد بتمضي المدرسين على وصلات امانه و لما تمشي ماتخدش ورقك ويطلبوا دفع شهرين من المرتب الاول و الاجازه بنص راتب والشهر ال ٢٩ يوم بيتخصم منه .اذا بننزل السبت بيبقى من غير مرتب ولو مرحناش بيتخصم ٣ ايام

١٩) مدرسه Greatness المنصوريه بيضربوا على مكفأه الامتحانات و الاجازات  و التأخير بمزجهم للبيحبوهم ماشى و الباقى بيتحاسب

٢٠) مدرسه الحسام دولى و ناشونال بحدائق الاهرام بيمضوكوا على ١٠٠٠٠عشر تلاف جنيه عشان لو عايزه تمشي.

٢١) مدرسه المصريه الدوليه بالمريوطيه ما بيدوش مرتبات فى الصيف غير لناس محدده و الباقى بيقعد فى البيت للسنه اللى بعدها.

٢٢)مودرن فيوتشر بتمضي علي عقد فيه شرط ان في حالة عدم اخطارهم بترك العمل قبل 30 يوم 

بيدفعوا شرط جزائي 10.000 جنيه + كل المرتبات السابقه اللي حصل عليها الموظف طول مدة العقد.

٢٣) مدرسة فيوتشر الألمانية في اسكندرية بتخلى المدرس يمضى في العقد انه لو مبلغش انه يمشى قبل شهرين من استقالته ومكنش فيه سبب مقنع بالنسبة للمدرسة لازم يدفع مرتب شهرين والا مش هياخد ورقه ومستحقاته

٢٤) مدرسة دوفر مبيدوش صورة من العقد ولو بلغتي انك ماشية مبيدوكيش اخر مرتب وبيماطلو عشان تاخدي الورق

٢٥) مدرسه ويندروز الدوليه بالمعادى مش بيدو صوره من العقد و لما تيجي تبلغ انك مش هتكمل السنه  مايدفعوش مرتب الصيف

٢٦) مدرسة الايمان الخاصه لغات المرتب ٦٠٠ جنيه و مفيش اجازه كل سبت يعني ممكن المدير ينزل الموظفين السبت غتاته لو غبتي يوم بيتحسب بيومين ويوم الخميس والاحد بيتحسب خصم 4 ايام لو عايزه تعملي طلب اجازه تنزلي في اليوم اللي انتي عايزه اجازه اصلا وتعملي عليه طلب اجازه.

٢٧) مدرسة ستارز للغات ما بيدوش صورة من العقد و ممكن يقعدوا اكتر من سنتين من غير ما يأمنوا علي المدرس واما يحبوا يمشوا حد بيجبروه يمضي استقالة في نهاية الدراسة و ما بيدهوش مرتب الصيف و ﻻ مكافأة اﻻمتحانات.

٢٩) مدرسة الفيوتشرز ناشونال -دينا اسماعيل مافيش تأمينات و مافيش عقد و مافيش اجازات مرضى او وضع بيمشوا المدرس و يرجعوه لما يخف و لو مشيتى في نص الشهر حتى لو مبلغة من قبلها  مالكيش اي مستحقات مادية و غياب الاحد و الخميس بخصم تلات ايام من المرتب حتى لو الظروف قهرية بيخصموا برده .

٣٠) مدرسه smart city بالمنصوريه بيطلبوا منك تمضى على ما يعادل تلات شهور يعنى لو مرتبك ٣٠٠٠ تمضى على ٩٠٠٠ عشان لو فكرتى تمشى ولما كذا حد مارضييش بقوا يمضوهم على وصل مكفأه بدل وصل المرتب و قلولهم دا عشان الضرايب و فى الاخر اكتشفوا انهم مضوا على مكفأه الامتحانات

٣١) مدرسه راجاك القسم الامريكي مع اخر ورقه امتحانات بتتصحح يجبر اللي مش عايزهم يكملوا السنه الدراسيه بامضاء اخلاء الطرف عشان مايخدوش اجازه الصيف." 

٣٣) مدرسه MSE التجمع الاول: الدنيا هناك ماشيه بالحب عصابه من الاخر، مرتب اجازه الصيف مش لكل الناس للحبايب بس، مفيش تامينات ، اول شهرين بتاخدي نص المرتب فقط، ومابيرجعش، رفد تعسفي موجود عادي ف اي وقت فالسنه و اصل العقد بيتاخد بعد طلوع الروح.

٣٤) مدرسه مصر ٢٠٠٠ الحديثه: اجازه الوضع اسبوعين بس و مش من حقك تزودي على حسابك غير اسبوعين زيهم، و حضانه ابناء العاملين سعرها لا يتناسب ابدا مع المرتبات ب ٤٥٠ جنيه فالشهر. و الاجازه الصيفيه عباره عن ٢١ يوم، و ال ٢١ يوم التانيين ال bonus بيكون حسب الغياب و التأخير خلال السنه الدراسيه، مفيش صوره عقد، و او قررتي تمشي من المدرسه في بدايه السنه او في نص الاجازه الصيفيه بتدفعي كل الي اتقبض فالاجازه، و طبعا لو حبوا يمشوا حد من المدرسين في اي وقت خلال السنه بدون اي اسباب ، بيرفدوا رفد تعسفي، ده لان مع طول المده و زياده الخبره ، المرتبات بتعلي، ف بيمشوها و يجيبوا حد حديث التخرج مكانها بدون خبره عشان يقبض ١٢٠٠ جنيه، غياب الاحد و الخميس ب ٣ ايام و يوم من اجازه الصيف البونص، و اي يومين ورا بعض خلال الاسبوع ب ٤ ايام خصم من المرتب حتي و لو بإذن او لظروف مرضيه، و لو بشهاده مرضيه يخصم يومين من المرتب فقط بدل ٤ و يخصم يوم من الاجازه الصيفيه ال bonus، و التأخيرات لو دقيقه تأخير بس بيتخصم ربع يوم، و ليكي اذن واحد شهريا لا يخصم من المرتب و لكن يخصم من البونص السنوي،و في يومين اجازه عارضه في السنه، تخصم من البونص 😂 و بكده مايبقاش في بونص اساسا" عشان ميدفعش لحد مرتب في الاجازه.

٣٥) مدرسه Dream International : مفيش مرتب صيف، اليوم العارضه بخصم يوم، اذا جيت بعد شهر ١٠ مش من حقك مكافاه حتى لو كنت مصحح امتحانات الترم الاول و التاني ، بيعرضوا مرتبات قليله و المديره تقول ادوا دروس المرتب 

٣٧) مدرسة بريفيلج بالمعادي مفيش صوره من العقد و بيغيروا بنوده كل سنه على هواهم و مش بيدوا مكافأه امتحانات بالرغم انهم إتفقوا عليها و شهور الصيف تلات اربع مرتب فقط بالرغم نزول المدرسين شيفتات طوال الصيف و غياب الشيفت باسبوع خصم و الخصومات خلال الدراسه مبالغ فيها وبالنسبه للتامين مش كل الناس بيتامن عليها 

٣٨) مدرسه الكنانة: نص مرتب فى الصيف ومافيش عقد

٣٩) بريتش كولوبيا الشروق: مافيش عقد، بيمضوا على استمارة ٦من اول السنه عشان يبقي رفدك براحته. بيبلغ المدرسين بعدم التجديد فشهر يوليو ومفيش مرتب صيف على السنة الى اشتغالتها.

٤٠) مدرسه الواحة المقطم: المرتبات حسب انتي و شطارتك ناس بتاخد ٨٠٠٠ و ناس ٢٠٠٠ و نفس المادة و لو بلغتي انك ماشيه بيمطالوا ف اخر شهر و غالبا مش بتاخديه اصلا و او يقولك ادفعي مرتب ٣ شهور.
